While these lack a specific manufacturer's stamp, they are consistent with the high-quality output of mid-19th-century cabinetmakers who specialized in 'fancy chairs.'

Condition & Value

The frames appear structurally sound with a warm patina, though there is expected light scuffing on the legs consistent with age. The red velvet upholstery is a later replacement but is in clean, functional condition. The presence of the original joiner's marks is a wonderful sign of authenticity.
