Condition & Value

Both items appear to be in very good vintage condition. The chair's upholstery is clean with no obvious staining, and the mahogany frame shows only minor scuffs on the legs. The brass lamp shows typical light surface oxidation but appears fully functional. Excellent condition for both keeps them at the higher end of the range.
