Story
During the decades following WWII, Poland became a powerhouse of ceramic production, blending centuries-old European traditions with the bold, optimistic aesthetics of the mid-century era.
Maker / Origin
The 'Krzysztof' porcelain factory in Wałbrzych (formerly Waldenburg) has a history dating back to 1831, surviving wars and political shifts to remain one of Poland's most prestigious producers.
Condition & Value
The set appears to be in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips or cracks in the photos. The gold trim looks remarkably intact, which is rare as these were often put in early dishwashers which stripped the luster. Maintaining the full set without a broken lid or handle significantly preserves its modest value.

Comparable demand stays strongest where maker, originality, and venue confidence line up. Broader examples still trade, but the range tightens quickly when provenance, condition, or selling lane fit is missing.
