This is a classic American Art Deco gent's wristwatch by the Elgin National Watch Company, featuring a distinctive tonneau (barrel) geometric case with beaded/gadrooned accents at the lugs. The original dial exhibits stylized Deco luminous numerals, a sub-seconds register at six o'clock, and vintage cathedral/poire-style hands.
