Story
Discovered in 1490, Idrija held the world's second-largest mercury mine. This vintage keepsake captures a real drop of liquid quicksilver from Anthony's Shaft before modern safety rules banned such souvenirs.

Produced for the tourist center and mining heritage museum at Antonijev rov in Idrija, Slovenia. Anthony's Main Shaft was excavated in 1500 and remains the oldest preserved entrance to the mine, which operated for over 500 years until closing in the late 20th century.
