The '70%' mark is a specific regional hallmark (700 silver) that was the gold standard for high-end domestic giftware during the 1970s.

Condition & Value

The set is in very good vintage condition, with most spoons still in their original protective plastic. One spoon shows heavy surface tarnish (oxidation), which is a natural reaction for silver and can be easily restored with a gentle polish. The original pink brocade box is well-preserved, which significantly helps the value.
