Overview
An authentic vintage stainless steel Omega Seamaster Cosmic featuring a Spanish day-date display and a sparkling silver sunburst dial. It is housed in an iconic unibody (monocoque) case designed to be serviced only through the crystal using Omega's proprietary Tool 107.
Story
Introduced in 1966, the Cosmic series captured the futuristic optimism of the Space Age. Its seamless monocoque case eliminated the traditional caseback to vastly improve water resistance.
Maker / Origin
Founded in 1848 by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Omega grew to become one of the most respected Swiss watchmakers in history. Celebrated for precision timing at the Olympic Games and landing on the Moon with Apollo 11, Omega remains an enduring pillar of horology.
Condition & Value
The watch appears in very clean vintage condition with sharp case lines, intact factory brushing on the back, and crisp engraved Hippocampus/case markings. The dial and hands are well-preserved, showing only minor surface wear and light scuffing on the bracelet commensurate with age.
