Manufactured in 1991 in Taiwan, this whimsical holiday set reimagined the traditional crèche with pantry staples, turning Swiss cheese into roofing and saltine crackers into chapel walls for a community of pious mice.
Maker / Origin
Dior Mose Co., Ltd. was a Taiwan-based novelty and seasonal giftware manufacturer active during the height of the 1980s and 1990s holiday collectible boom. They specialized in highly detailed, hand-painted cast resin miniatures tailored for export to American and European gift shops.
Condition & Value
Very good overall condition. Figures show crisp paint with minimal rub wear, and original base foil labels are largely intact. Original cardboard display stage shows minor shelf wear along the edges. Values depend heavily on having a complete set with all original figures and intact packaging/display box.
