In the 1960s, Federal Glass captured the Space Age aesthetic with Moonglow, designed to look like shimmering moonlight. These were the everyday luxury of the American kitchen, often earned through grocery store stamps or gas station promos.
Maker / Origin
Founded in 1900 in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Glass was a titan of the Depression Glass era and later a fierce rival to Pyrex and Fire-King. They were known for their 'Shield F' mark and for making high-quality, heat-resistant glassware accessible to every household.
Condition & Value
The bowls appear to be in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips; however, the rubber band should be removed immediately to prevent residue. The iridescence remains vibrant, which significantly helps the value. Excellent condition commands a premium.
