Overview
A collection of seven vintage 1:64 scale NASCAR team transporter trucks, still sealed on their original illustrated blister cards. These die-cast cabs with plastic trailers feature authentic period sponsor liveries including Richard Petty's STP, Rusty Wallace's Penske Racing, and Ken Schrader's Kodiak team.
Story
In 1989, Racing Champions revolutionized the toy aisle by bringing authentic stock car replicas directly to supermarkets. These miniature haulers allowed fans to recreate the traveling circus of the Winston Cup circuit right on their living room rugs.
Maker / Origin
Founded in the late 1980s, Racing Champions capitalized on the massive surge of NASCAR's mainstream popularity in the 1990s. By securing licensing agreements with top drivers and corporate sponsors, they became the premier name in mass-market motorsports memorabilia before eventually merging with RC2 Corporation.
Condition & Value
The items appear to be in very good, unopened condition on their original cards. Some minor edge wear, soft corners, and price sticker residue are visible on the cardboard packaging, but the plastic blisters remain clear and intact.
