Produced by Landmark Creations, it features vibrant red glittered roofing, hand-painted architectural details, and a shimmering base.
Story
Built in 1888, the Hotel del Coronado has hosted presidents, royalty, and Hollywood stars like Marilyn Monroe. This miniature glass tribute captures the magic of its famous Victorian architecture, allowing collectors to hang a piece of California history on their holiday tree. The underside is hand-marked with the maker's initials and the year of production, 1999.
Maker / Origin
Landmark Creations was founded to celebrate world-famous architectural treasures through the medium of fine European glass art. They partnered with master glassblowers in Poland—a region world-renowned for its centuries-old mouth-blown glass traditions—to create highly detailed, limited-production holiday keepsakes.
Condition & Value
The ornament appears to be in excellent, near-mint condition with no visible chips, cracks, or paint loss. The original red presentation box and paper hangtag are intact, which significantly helps preserve its collector value.
