In 1983, Christopher Radko accidentally knocked over his family's historic Christmas tree, shattering hundreds of heirloom European glass ornaments. Determined to replace them, he searched the globe, eventually partnering with Polish glassblowers to revive a dying 19th-century craft.

Christopher Radko founded his namesake company in 1985, single-handedly sparking a renaissance in fine European glass holiday decor. By collaborating with traditional cottage-industry artisans in Poland, Germany, and Italy, he brought old-world mouth-blown glass techniques back to the forefront of American holiday traditions.

Condition & Value

The ornaments appear to be in excellent condition with vibrant paint and intact glitter. Several retain their original paper hangtags, which helps preserve their collector value; any hidden paint loss or chips to the glass hanging loops would reduce individual values.
