Condition & Value

The porcelain appears to be in excellent structural condition with no visible chips or 'crazing' (fine cracks in the glaze). The metal rim is heavily oxidized/tarnished; if it is sterling silver, it will polish to a bright shine, but if it is silver-plate that has worn through to the base metal, the dark patina may be permanent.
