In January 1974, Montreal's legendary Galerie Véhicule hosted a radical exhibition bridging poetry, spirituality, and counterculture design. Maker / Origin

Henry Lehmann is a prominent Montreal-based artist, art critic, and educator who was deeply embedded in the city's 1970s alternative art scene. Galerie Véhicule, founded in 1972 on St. Catherine Street, was one of Canada's very first artist-run centers, serving as a legendary incubator for performance art, concrete poetry, and radical printmaking.

Condition & Value

The prints appear to be in very good vintage condition with clean edges and minimal yellowing. There is some minor ink transfer and light handling wear consistent with age, which is typical for alternative press publications of this era. Excellent preservation of these fragile paper items commands a premium.
