Interwar Gablonz jewelers transformed brass and vibrant glass into dramatic wearable art. This Renaissance Revival pendant captured 1920s theatrical glamour with its bold green centerpiece and vivid enamel.
Maker / Origin
Produced in the world-renowned glass and costume jewelry hub of Jablonec nad Nisou (historically Gablonz) in Northern Bohemia. Hundreds of small cottage workshops and family-owned ateliers collaborated to create highly ornate stamped metalwork and custom-molded stones for global export.
Condition & Value
Very good vintage condition overall. Minor age-appropriate patina and tarnish to the gilt brass wash; enamel shows light wear but remains predominantly intact. Stones and central faceted crystal appear secure with crisp facet edges. Intact condition preserves full decorative value.
