The windmill mark on the base is a classic 'pseudo-hallmark' used by the workshops of Hanau, specifically associated with J. Kurz & Co.
Condition & Value
The piece shows a lovely aged patina, particularly in the deep recesses of the scrollwork which helps the design 'pop.' There is some visible wear and darkening on the spout and handle consistent with age. The hinge appears intact, which is vital for these small hinged vessels.
