The W.S. George Pottery Company originally began in Ohio in the early 20th century. Decades later, the hallmark brand name was licensed to produce fine china decorative art plates distributed globally through the Bradford Exchange, which dominated the secondary plate market throughout the 1970s and 1980s.

Condition & Value

The porcelain plate, artwork transfer, and back markings appear to be in excellent condition with no visible chips or cracks. The wooden frame and original Certificate of Authenticity are well-preserved.
