Overview
This is an articulated link bracelet crafted in sterling silver featuring interlocking navette (marquise-shaped) motifs encrusted with pavé-set marcasites. Finished with milgrain edging and an integrated box clasp with an openwork decorative tongue, it evokes the classic glamour of 1920s evening wear.
Story
Popularized during the Art Deco era as an affordable alternative to diamonds, marcasite jewelry gained a huge revival in the late 20th century. Faceted iron pyrite stones were meticulously hand-set to catch candlelight.

While often unsigned or bearing simple silver hallmarks (like '925' or 'SILVER'), pieces like this were standard specializations of fine silversmithing centers in Pforzheim, Germany, London, and later Bangkok, which became world hubs for fine marcasite setting.
Condition & Value
Appears in very good vintage condition with a light natural silver patina; all marcasite stones appear intact from the top view, and the box tab clasp mechanism remains functional. Intact stones preserve full market value.
