Overview
A charming one-pint stoneware 'low jar' featuring a whimsical, narrative progression of an apple being eaten.
Story
Deep in the heart of Ohio's 'Clay Corridor,' this jar was born from a lineage of potters who had been turning the local earth since the 19th century.
Maker / Origin
Founded in 1900, Robinson Ransbottom (RRP Co.) became a titan of the industry by merging several smaller Ohio potteries into a single powerhouse.
Condition & Value
The stoneware body appears robust with no visible cracks. While Ransbottom produced many pieces, the 'Three Apples' motif is a favorite among farmhouse-style collectors.
