Condition & Value
The wood frame shows light surface wear consistent with age. There is a visible brown spot/stain on the linen matting at the top center, which is common for textiles of this age. The painting itself appears well-preserved behind the glass. The mat stain slightly reduces the value but adds to the vintage character.
